Health Care worker
Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Workers to provide essential care and support to patients in a healthcare setting. The Healthcare Worker will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
- Provide basic medical care, including administering medications as directed.
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a relevant healthcare worker training program or certification (e.g., CNA, HHA).
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
