Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage incoming calls and visitors, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
